Sunday 3rd April: 12pm - 3pm Crystal Workshop for Children

This workshop will gently guide your child to trusting their intuition and inner voice, and build confidence and self esteem through the use of Crystals. Also incorporating mindfulness skills, meditation and creativity, making it a fun, relaxing and magical experience, for your child aged 8 plus.
Cost of the workshop is £45, which includes a full set of chakra crystals, a pendulum and a certificate.

Cacao & Ecstatic Dance @ The Wellness Barn - 9th April 2022
We welcome you to a sacred movement ceremony through the portal of Cacao & Ecstatic Dance.
This potent ceremony will be held at The Wellness Barn on Saturday 9th April from 7 -10pm.
Come ready to honour the sacred medicine of Cacao through ceremony and ritual, prayer and intention whilst we set the container for the dance. We will then venture deep into our own bodies and the energy of the collective to move through ourselves and release the ecstasy of our own being during a 2hr pre-recorded Ecstatic Dance set by international DJ and Embodiment Facilitator Rikke Brodin.

The second Crystal Workshop for Children, for those who want to deepen their knowledge of Crystals even further, also learning about auras, crystal grids and the meaning of crystal colours, including meditations for body scanning, the throat and heart chakras and a very special professional sound bath to end the workshop, for further healing and relaxation.
